Customer satisfaction is the principle on which my father,
James Mahoney, founded this company over twenty-five years ago.
He learned the importance of treating customers while working as
an architecture and engineering supply salesman for the Dietzgen
Corporation. He used to say (and still does), "No matter
what it takes to satisfy the customer, we need to do it."
My father's dedication to customer satisfaction earned him a
loyal customer base, and, when he left Dietzgen after a national
corporation bought it, many of those loyal customers followed
him to his new company, City Blueprint. Today, some of
those same customers that purchased from City Blueprint when we
first opened our doors in 1973 are still buying from us.
Back then, we sold the architecture and engineering tools of
the day: pencils, scales, and triangles. We still sell
those products, but we also sell today's most advanced tools,
including large-format color printers, ink-jet plotters,
scanners, and large-document copiers. We're proud to offer
and extensive inventory of the latest architecture and
engineering technology and supplies from Xerox, Hewlett-Packard,
and other quality manufacturers. In fact, City Blueprint
is the only Xerox Authorized Engineering System Dealer in the
New Orleans area.
We have always believed in being able to service everything
we sell. That's why City Blueprint's technicians are
factory-trained and certified by Xerox and Hewlett-Packard to
service even the most advanced equipment. If you ever have
a problem with your equipment, our professional and courteous
technicians are always accessible and will come to you wherever
you are, any time of the day or night.
We also offer a side variety of in-house services to help you
complete your architecture and engineering projects. City
Blueprint's skilled technicians can handle all of your large
format and color reproduction, plotting, and scanning needs, and
our convenient local pick-up and delivery service is always
free.
